Health and Safety Manual.
It is the policy and practice of Diamond & Thiel Construction Co., Inc. to assure that all OSHA, State and Federal safety requirements are adhered to during the course of our work and at any of its jobsite locations.
Safety Checklist.
We use a weekly checklist for jobsite safety inspections. Items are checked off where employees’ activities and jobsite conditions are in compliance with OSHA’s and jobsite safety standards.
Substance Abuse and Testing Policy.
Our Company reserves the right to test for substance abuse under probable cause of an on-site impairment, which has a direct impact on the safety, productivity, and quality of work of the suspected worker and their co-workers.
